User Agreement
You agree to use all TradingFXVPS.com services and facilities at your own risk. TradingFXVPS.com specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall TradingFXVPS.com be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold TradingFXVPS.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against TradingFXVPS.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TradingFXVPS.com against liabilities arising out of Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with TradingFXVPS.com’s server.
TradingFXVPS.com reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from TradingFXVPS.com’s server. TradingFXVPS.com shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
Service Fee and Billing
Customer agrees to pay all charges, fees and other amounts due under this Agreement in US dollars.
Customer agrees to pay for all hosting services rendered in advance of each service term. Before 14 days the end date of your paid term an invoice will be sent automatically to your email. You will have 14 days to pay the bill.
Also, a reminder will be sent 7 days before the invoice due date.
Unless otherwise stated in an Order Form or any service description, the initial term of this Agreement shall be month-to-month, commencing on the service order date and shall automatically renew each month thereafter.
Non-payment of service fees will result in suspension followed by termination of service. On the invoice due date you will receive a notification email about missed payment. Then you will have 24 hours to arrange for a payment, otherwise your server will be switched off and terminated permanently in 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Disputes or chargeback-initiated refunds are strictly not permitted across all supported payment methods, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), BitPay, and Bank Transfer.
All refund requests must be submitted directly to our support team at support@tradingfxvps.com. Refunds initiated via disputes or chargebacks will not be entertained.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Only Virtual Private Server (VPS) plans are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
- The guarantee applies only to fully paid VPS plans.
- The guarantee is strictly limited to first-time customers.
- Existing or returning customers are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Dedicated Servers, discounted plans, promotional products, and custom solutions are non-refundable.
- Customers may cancel services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued after the initial 30-day period.
- No prorated refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Transaction Fees
Any transaction, processing, or gateway fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable. Customers should refer directly to their payment provider for a detailed fee breakdown.
Account Credits & Refund Timeframe
- Account credits are eligible for refund or reversal only within 6 months from the date they are added.
- Credits held for more than 6 months are no longer eligible for refund or reversal to the original payment method.
- Customers are encouraged to utilize account credits within this 6-month period.
- After this period, credits may still be used for services but cannot be refunded.
Exceptions
Any exception to this refund policy is granted solely at the discretion of the company and will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances.
This Refund Policy reflects our commitment to transparent, fair, and responsible financial practices. Customers are strongly advised to review and understand these terms prior to purchasing our services.

Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
TradingFXVPS.com will not be liable for any temporary delay, outages or interruptions of the Services. Further, TradingFXVPS.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, where such delay or failure results from any act of God or other cause beyond its reasonable control (including, without limitation, any mechanical, electronic, communications or third-party supplier failure).
TradingFXVPS.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for the purposes of maintaining, repairing, or upgrading its systems and network. TradingFXVPS.com will use best efforts to notify you of pending maintenance however at no time is under any obligation to inform you of such maintenance. Your use of the TradingFXVPS.com’s servers and services is at your sole risk.
TradingFXVPS.com is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your VPS Server. You, the Customer agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred to/from and maintained on your VPS server and agree that it is your own (the Customer’s) responsiblity to take backups of data residing on your VPS server.
Hardware Guarantee
In the rare event that a server experiences a hardware failure that cannot be remedied, we guarantee that the affected hardware will be replaced within 24 hours from the time the issue has been formally diagnosed.
For the purpose of this guarantee, hardware refers to core server components including, but not limited to, processor(s), memory (RAM), storage drives, motherboard, network interface cards (NICs), and other standard hardware supplied with the server. This guarantee does not cover the time required for RAID array reconstruction, operating system reinstallation, processor-specific configurations, application reloads, or any customized or bespoke server hosting solutions.
All hardware replacements are fully covered under our parts and labour warranty. Any defective components will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer, including all associated labour expenses.
Disclaimer
TradingFXVPS.com cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by TradingFXVPS.com are resold.
Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by TradingFXVPS.com are not directly owned or written by TradingFXVPS.com. Moreover, TradingFXVPS.com holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated.
We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as TradingFXVPS.com sees fit. FURTHERMORE, TradingFXVPS.com retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
